Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Provide front-line supervision for production team members managing US Healthcare Payer Claims Adjudication process
    • Assign work to direct reports and prepare SOP for new process
    • Introduce best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance
    • Direct accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements
    • Identify and resolve more complex issues around non-standard pending transactions
    • Review quality audits on accounts
    • May interact with clients and internal departments to resolve issues
    • Demonstrate professional courtesy and represent the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications
    • Ensure appropriate record keeping, reports, and related administrative functions are accurate and up-to-date
    • Upon request, compile and analyse data to identify trends for root cause analysis
    Requirements:
    • 4-6 years of experience in US Healthcare market and Claims Adjudication experience that required to review claims rules and workflows
    • Good communication skills
    • Good client service skills and leadership capabilities
    • Basic knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
    Work Timings: 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. IST, Monday Friday Job Segment: Manager, Project Manager, Management, Technology ,
