Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables System calculations for powertrain mount system Hydro mount tunning frequency finalization Knowledge of Powertrain behiver during idle & runup to meet mount performance Understand requirement of NVH, CAE, CAE crash team to support to meet target By improvement of Valuable input of design Calculate Powertrain behavior and understood the LD curve requirement to fulfill the MT transmission & AT transmission D, R,N, P modes Rubber durability Design verification with suppplier Manufacturing feasibility with supplier Assembly feasibility with TCF Technical closure with supplier Approval of supplier/inhouse drawing Conducting line trials, resolving manufacturing line issues. Understand the field complaints and resolve. Root cause analysis of development as well as field concerns Working for cost reduction programs Benchmarking of various diesel /Gasoline/ AT/ MT/ 2WD/ 4WD / Electrical vehicles of powertrain mount System. DVP and DFMEA preparedness Tolerance stack preparation Basic design calculation Experience 7 to 10 Years Industry Preferred Qualifications BE/B.Tech General Requirements 1. Guide the CAD designer to make layout, alternate proposal of part design, 2. Design calculation 3. Able to understand CAE reports & requirement 4. To Meet NVH target requirement by improving design inputs 5. NVH /CAE/ CAE crash Signoff activities 6. Layout checking & detailing of parts drawing checking. signoff with interfacing system. 7. Do design calculations for powertrain mount System Make SOR for system, generate the system level specification. 8. Able to analyze the field failure at design stage. 9. Should be conversant with CAD software Catia & PLM (Teamcenter operations) 10. Manufacturing and service requirement need to fulfill 11. Input Design modification proposal during Field failure (or) Functional requirement to meet target,
