Job Description

AR ANALYST (Job code: AR 1) Location: Chennai, IndiaSummaryAcurus Solutions is young, dynamic, company with plans for very rapid growth. We are headquartered in Anaheim Hills, California with delivery offices in Anaheim Hills and Chennai, India Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic individual, a proven leader and who others will look up to in an organization. This individual should also be eager to learn and willing to accept increasingly challenging roles in our organization. We are currently looking for an AR Analyst. The persons responsibility will include:

  • Review A/R listing assigned
  • Understand and follow the process and instruction
  • Follow the internal control documentation for the process and if any change required, report to the team leader
  • Prepare and organize documentation necessary to collect payment
  • Follow-up to ensure all the actions are completed in order to get the payments from the payers
  • Suggest inputs to improve A/R processes with the help of Technology / Quality
  • Improvements and work closely with the Team Leaders/Managers to arrive at solutions
  • Manage the collection activities by collaborating with the various team members such as callers, coders, charge posters, payment posters etc.
  • Manages receivables in such a way that metrics are met or exceed the established goals using an analytical approach that is systemized and sustainable
  • Identify causes for nonpayment and communicate problems for corrective action to be taken
  • Ability to handle varied work timings and pressure on the job
  • Extracting, synthesizing, and analyzing data
Desired Profile Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years of Experience in AR Analysis
  • Detailed knowledge in RCM process
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Skill Set
  • Good knowledge in billing process
  • Ability to take detailed direction and follow through as instructed
  • Good written and verbal communication skill
