ar analyst in chennai The AR Analyst will be responsible for monitoring of existing portfolio to maintainquality & reducing delinquency at minimum The AR Analyst will be responsible for interfacing directly with our customers in India orAPAC, both on the phone and via email. To work on the global process of collecting bad debts, engaging legal process andcollecting cash on time. To engage with the third-party collectors to see if there are any queries to be resolved. Set-up new customers critical fields in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.The AR analyst also has to work on the FSCM module in the SAP Maintain and organize support for customer remittances (online and cheque process) Respond to customer queries and mark disputes in the SAP; also work towardsresolution of the disputes Support financial statement audits Customer order blocked status and coordinate with customer for payment Customer master data management critically maintained and updated on regularfrequency. More of data management and process oriented role to bring better collection processin place.
