Job Description

    ob Role: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller -UB04 Experience: 1 to 5 years Salary: Up to 45,000 per month (based on skills and experience) Location: CHENNAI Work Mode: Work From Office Interview Mode: Online Joiners Required: Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities:Handle accounts receivable follow-up for US healthcare providers.Resolve denied claims and reprocess them for payment.Analyze and work on denials, rejections, and EOBs.Follow up with insurance companies via phone to ensure timely collections.Maintain accuracy and documentation of the calls and claim status.Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling (US healthcare voice process).Hands-on experience in handling at least 10 types of denials.Prior experience in HOSPITAL billing is a must.Good communication and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
