Job Description

    Job descriptionPosition / Title :Executive - AR / Senior Executive - AR ( Denial Management )Responsibility Areas:EXP : Minimum 1 Yrs1. Should handle US Healthcare providers/ Physicians/ Hospitals Accounts Receivable.2. To work closely with the team leader.3. Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.4. Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOAs to accounts, making requiredcorrections to claims.5. Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes.6. To review emails for any updates7. Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor8. Update Production logs9. Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.Desired Profile1. Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept.2. Should have 10 months of AR calling Experience.3. Excellent Knowledge on Denial management.4. Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project5. Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies.6. Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis7. Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.8. Ensure accurate and timely follow up on pending claims wherein required.9.
