1. Design and implement effective Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions using RSA Archer with strong knowledge in Server Administrations, GRC Consulting and Integrations with other GRC & BI Tools2. Provide Consulting to the business in understanding the capabilities of Archer.Provide rapid Proof of Concept s and prototypes to demonstrate how Archer can help automate business process. 3. Experience supporting, configuring and/or customizing RSA Archer 5.X, 6.xPerform the on-going Development, Maintenance and Support for the Archer eGRC-Security platform development/administration.4. perform the following activities within Archer tool End to End configuration of the new and existing Archer Applications, Managing every aspect of the SDLC including layout, workflow, reporting, notification, questionnaires, access controls, packaging, etc.5. Perform Admin Tasks, Access Controls (Groups, Roles & Record permissions configuration)6. Debug Performance issues7. Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Estimation Preparing formal project documentation including requirements specifications, system design documents8. Extensive experience in integrating data feeds into Archer and the integration of 3rd party scanners and sensors.9. Resolve Platform & end user related issues10. Provide Subject Matter Expert support during implementation and post implementation support.11. Working on the build phase of the ongoing projects. Coordinating tasks between onsite and offshore team.12. 7-9 years of experience working in a technology organization within a fast paced, innovative, technology driven environment with RSA Archer Administration I Certification.13. Strong communication skills to provide context and rationale to business unit participantsImpeccable follow-up, strong delivery focus, positive attitude and collaborative style Experience integrating with other management tools, Roles & Responsibilities:Mandatory Skills: Archer Risk Compliance Assurance Technology, GRC Technology, GRC Process Language Skills: English Language
