Job Description

Process related- Area Manager(Handle the Collection Officer team)-Motor Cycle and Commercial Vehicle Collection- Upto 7.5Lacs1. Monthly review of the agency performance, taking action against the low performer, identifying & suggesting new agency for collection2. Checking the capacity as per the Avg. Collection Ratio3. Weekly performance review of the Collection Officers & keeping close control to ensure the achievement of allocated collection targets4. Travelling to all the locations within the area on monthly basis & physical review the performance of each field location5. Periodic audit of the receipt books6. Daily productivity MIS should be maintained & shared with the higher management along with the analysisMonthly team meeting at hub location for performance review & setting the targets for the next monthCollection Officer- Handle the Agencies Upto 3.75Lacs1. Allocation of portfolio to vendor basis the past performance trend and FOS availability, creating adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio.2. Review cases with FOS / TL and work assignment basis the disposition code3. Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases4. Receipt book & Repo kits allocation and auditing on periodic basis5. Agency billing closure within 60 days of the work completed month6. Ensuring prior approvals in repo cases & helping the agency manage repo related issues.7. Handling collection/repo related customer service issues/escalations8. Coordinating with legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters & dealing with enforcement agencies in cases filed against BAFL by customers/third parties.Performance related1. BKT resolution with agency and FOS level need to be tracked and reviewed2. Flow rates to next BKT needs to be restricted on the location you are handling3. Remove the non performing fos and recruitment the fresh team and train as and when required4. Remove the non-performing agency and recruit new vendor basis company requirement.Criteria and Skills:1.
