Strategy and Planning: The candidate will assist Operations Managers in devising operations strategy for effectively scaling the operations Implementation: The candidate will show a strong bias for action in getting the plans implemented in a short span of time People Management: The Area Manager is expected to manage a team of 5-8 Fleet Managers & between 500- 1000 Delivery Executives Ensure excellent customer experience and address customer escalations Provide individual coaching feedback sessions, and weekly one-on-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction Desired: 2- 4 years ( preferably in field operations) Prior experience in process design and operations implementation ( preferably in logistics / Supply chain management) Prior managerial experience ( experience in managing blue collared workers such as delivery executives is a big plus) Structured problem solving, detail oriented and customer first attitude Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
