Job Description

    We are hiring Area Sales Manager for one of the Luxury Home Decor company at Bangalore / Chennai.Education: Graduate / Post GraduateRoles:SALES & MARKETING:
    • To build and manage a solid sales distribution network including retailers, contractors, wholesalers, distributors while keeping in mind the particular and important features of the territory
    • To promote the Companys Brand and products with Architects and Designers community
    • Create visibility to product range by setting show rooms/corners onto selected customers and organizing events and training
    • Maintain a strong relation with the key accounts and designers / architects especially when important or prestigious projects are to be tackled
    • Have a technical knowledge about products and services related to be offered to dealers, architects, final customers and colleagues
    SKILLS:
    • A minimum 7 to 10 years experience in managing a network of agents/dealers/architects
    • Previous experience in Foreign Companies, better if Italian or European (preferably brand oriented)
    • Be preferably local resident
    • Strategic thinker on all levels with an ability to leverage resources to maximize efficiency
    • A professional driven by profit
    • Highly energetic, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
    • In depth knowledge of the distribution network of (in order of importance):
    - glass mosaic- bathroom fittings / fixtures / furniture and ceramic tiles- top level kitchen design / fixtures- luxury interior decoration- decoration- natural stone, ceramics, wood, fixtures, wellness- luxury goods B2BInterested candidate please share CV to hidden_email
