Meet/ exceed the sales expectations for cataract equipments and accessories in the given Territory. Achieve value & volume growth of vitro- retinal products. Establish good customer relations with all vitro- retinal surgeons in the given Territory. Implement the Sales and Marketing plan/ schemes for various vitro- retinal products for the Territory to get the sales. Make timely collections for the sales done. 1. Infiniti/ Laureate demonstration/ Follow up to the targeted account/ surgeon. 2. Do the assigned number of demos of both Infiniti/ Laureate. Demo tracking sheet and customer feedback on the demo to be given every month. 3. Create new leads by aggressive demo to Competitive Phaco users. 4. Follow up on leads forwarded by Cataract TSE. 5. Execute Cataract Instrumentation marketing plans and POA in accordance with established guidelines. Conduct assigned number of RTMs every year. 6. Achieve assigned sales targets for Infiniti/ Laureate/ Leica in co- ordination with the Cataract TSE & ASM. 7. Work with the surgeons during/ post Installations to improve post purchase experience. 8. Accountable for managing all the Demo Equipments assigned to the area. 9. Constant feedback on the market information to develop edge over competitor. Effectively manage territory development. 10. Make sure that the receivables are collected on time to complete the sales. 11. CMA compliance to be tracked on monthly basis and ensure compliance above 85%. 12. Provide necessary support on product knowledge and demo to the Instrumentation Specialist Cataract. 13. Regular reporting in SALSA. To maintain the desired call average per month and frequency of calls to be done as expected with respect to Dual Ranking of Customers. Call objectives should be managed to give focus on various Products as agreed. Minimum requirementsEngineering Degree / Science Graduate.
