KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop Training Programme: Identify the training requirements from various stakeholders through job analysis, understand the career paths, succession planning requirements, and in consultation with line managersDevelop an overall training and development plan and ensure the plan is aligned with the organization s goalsDesign and develop specific training programs such as training the first-time managers, etc. with the best available resourcesRegular updation of training programs to ensure they are up-to-dateResponsible for the design and development of appropriate training schedules and plan based on the identified training needsTraining Execution: Implement and sustain various learning strategies across the organization to ensure that the business is constantly updated with industry trends and practicesConduct induction and orientation programsFacilitate all in-house behavioural training programsResponsible for program management of large-scale, multi-location training programsEmbrace different training methods, including e-learning, classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job trainings, meetings, offsite trainings, workshops, and othersWorking with third-party training providers and vendorsPost-training Management and Measurement: Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness through 30-60-90 days measurements, reporting manager s feedback, and self-assessmentReport post-training success and ROITraining Coordination and Support: Foster communication and coordination with other departments to enable successful delivery of the training programmePoint of contact for training requests and inquiries from various functions in the respective locationTrack training attendance, feedback, and record maintenanceCreate/ oversee the development of training materials, online training modules, and other documentationReview training materials and approve the appropriate contentManage training facilitators, work schedule, absence, performance evaluation, provide feedback, and trainingProvide training logistics support, budget allocation, course development, plan, schedule, delivery, and measure performance and cost managementOther Responsibilities: Manage training budget and control the spendingContribute to on-going improvements and development initiativesParticipate in problem-solving discussions with internal as well as external stakeholdersCustomize training programmes for specific requirementsStay updated with the training trends, industry best practices, and developmentsEvaluate different training methods and programmes to measure the effectiveness and provide recommendations for decision makingKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Proven experience in designing and executing large-scale training programmesAccountable for training performance and managing escalationsExcellent communication skills, both in written and verbal form, are mandatory to ensure clear and concise communication of information and instructions during the training programmeProficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, which are necessary for the creation of training materials as well as reporting to senior managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze the situation, assess the training requirements, and translating them into actionable initiatives. Attention to details, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to achieve win-win for both customer and for the organizationPossess excellent leadership, project management, and people management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative setting, build relationships with diverse people including internal/ external organizationsQualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in BPO/ ITES industry, with 3 years experience in behavioral training for mid-level supervisorsExperience in content development and e-learning modules preferredWorking knowledge on Learning Management System preferredTravel Travel from time-to-time to other offshore delivery locationsCompensation An attractive package will be crafted for the right candidate,
