Handling Distributors/ Stockiest and Maintaining Relationship with clients. Meeting the Volume & Value targets by Month, Quarter and year. Set the targets and action plan of Team Members and assist them in sales-prospecting. Timely submission of performance report to the management Ensuring the service levels of stockiest credit frequency etc. Visiting outlets to review customer complaints & grievances. Display Product ranges by promotional activities. New Product launches awareness through promotional activities. Gathered market intelligence, tracking competitors activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning Relevant Experience : Should have 5 8 years experience of handling HORECA & Institutional Customers experience from FMCG and handling TIN Business in Edible Oil Industry Competencies Required Excellent Communication Skill Tamil / English + Any other South Indian Language (added advantage) Market Knowledge (strong knowledge of HoReCa, Institutions & Catering Markets) Business Knowledge Fixed CTC 7 to 8 Lacs p. a + Sales Incentive Assistant / Deputy Manager Institutional Sales (TIN Business)Key skillsBusiness Knowledge Excellent Communication Skill Tamil / English + Any other South Indian Language (added advantage) Market Knowledge (strong knowledge of HoReCa and Institutions & Catering Markets) Education Any Bachelor s degree with MBA as an added advantage ,
