Job Description

    Job TitleAssistant (Internal Audit)(Job involves 25 days travel in a month)Roles & Responsibilities1. Objectively review an organizations business process2. Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place3. Protect against the fraud and theft of the organizations assets and products4. Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes5. Make recommendations on how to improve internal audit controls and governance processes.6. Internal auditors will be adapting to new auto reporting mechanisms and audit systems7. Internal auditors will be adapting to new internal controls within the organizations.8. Physical stock audit to be done in the designated store as per the monthly internal audit schedule.9. Asset products to be covered in internal audit with IT team confirmation10.Internal audits should have covered all the organization functions of inventory controls, project issues, admin related issues. Management documents verifications, Current stock in & out Transactions, Petty cash claims and submissions with sales details also in the sign off Forms11.Store stock capacity utilizations analysis must be followed with proper advises to respective RM/ARM & Managers.12.Strict Escalation and end to end follow ups required for the WBC / DAMAGES products movement with MIS team.13.Cash and Stock discrepancies should be strictly avoiding and immediate escalation to superior/ head of operations.14.Mandatory follow ups with our internal audit Norms with RCA for the controlling areas of like Product exchange, Category Mismatch, Products mishandling, Proper Stocks inwards, products inward mismatches, Without barcode escalation along with Correspondence Registers maintenance.15.Consult with RM/ ARM, Stores /SWH Managers & staffs on operational and administrative issues.QualificationB.com / M.com / MBAExperience2 - 5 experience in branded retail showroom audits.Job TypeFull TimeJob LocationJob involves 25 days travel in a month visiting various retail showroomsSalaryMonthly CTC of Rs. 20000 - Rs. 30000 based on experience.IndustryBranded garments retail showroomsContactKarthikeyan Venkataramanhidden_emailhidden_mobile,
