We are present in 6 cities of Tamil Nadu.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager from a Non-Banking Financial Company located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager is responsible for handling and driving the EMI share of the business. They will work closely with the clients, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage the loan portfolio.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (finance, business, or accounting) Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ASM in NBFC like Bajaj Finserv, IDFC, HDB, IndusInd, etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles, procedures, and standards Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Good knowledge of computer software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for loan processing and underwriting Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressureThe ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
