Job Description

Job Title/Designation:Assistant Manager - Operations - Two WheelerOverall purpose of the jobTo assist Operations Manager to set up the entire two wheeler loans retail operations department of the bank, recruit competent manpower, draw up process, policies and manuals of the department. Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to.Key Roles

  1. First Time Right, quality and process adherence champion for the retail loans shop floor
  2. Lean and cost efficient operations. Look for ways and means to reduce costs without affecting productivity and quality.
  3. Ensure that all Processes followed at the department are as per Standard Operating Procedures laid down in the Operations Manual.
  4. On receipt of docs, verify the documents, get corrections done, and vault the documents at central storage.
  5. To ensure satisfactory Audit Ratings and minimal critical exceptions.
  6. To ensure all repayment instruments/ mandates are vaulted at Central Hub.
  7. Process improvement plans like six sigma
  8. Take the lead role in the absence of Regional Operations Manager
Team management
  1. Laisoning with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff
  2. Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the sales team and taking course corrections when required
  3. Establish sales reporting mechanisms and following the reporting formats given from time to time
  4. Persons who have handled operations / CAT role and are aware of RBI policy and guidelines.
  5. Good analytical skills. Is able to handle systems and software with ease. Ability to network with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  6. Flexibility to work extended hours and holidays to meet both internal and external customer turnaround times
Relationship management
  1. To create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the two wheeler business
  2. Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT in all channels
Customer Management
  1. To handle all activities of Customer requests like NOC Issuance/ Foreclosure/ SOA issuance/ Cheque Swapping/ Contact/Address change request/ CRM/ cancellation of Loan/ Refund.
  2. Ensuring disbursement TAT in all channels
  3. To ensure appropriate charges are collected from customer for various services as defined by management.
  4. Minimize customer complaints with regard to customer acquisition.
  5. Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank.
Experience:8 to 12 yearsAnnual CTC:Rupees 2,00,000 to 6,00,000keywords:Team management,Customer Management,Relationship Management
