Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Experience building onAWS using S3, EC2, Aurora, EMR, Lambda, Step functions , etcpreferred.
  • Experience with Hive , Pyspark andPython are preferred.
  • Good analytical skillswith excellent knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience usingsoftware version control tools ( Git )
  • AWS certifications orother related professional technical certifications
  • 3 years experiencein Big Data stack environments (EMR , Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive)
  • 3 years of workexperience with very large data warehousing environment
  • 1 years of experiencedata modelling concepts
  • 3 years of Pythonand/or Java development experience
  • 2 years of experiencein Test Driven Development for Pyspark code
  • Flexible andproactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problemresolution.
  • Excellent communicator(written and verbal formal and informal).
  • Ability to multi-taskunder pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a team playerand enjoy working in a cooperative and collaborative team environment.
  • Adaptable to newtechnologies and standards.
  • Experience workingwith other engineers in defining data engineering best practices and leveragingsoftware development life cycle best practices such as agilemethodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, buildprocesses, testing, and operations .
  • To qualify for the role,you must have
  • BE/BTech/MCA
  • Minimum 3 yearshand-on experience in one or more key areas.
  • 5 to 10 yearsindustry experience.
