Job Description Assistant Manager Analytics position will be based out of Chennai.We are looking for someone who demonstrates Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win Here is a glimpse of what you will do Great problem- solving skills Selecting features, building and optimizing operations using machine learning techniques Data mining using state- of- the- art methods Extending company s data with third party sources of information when needed Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis Doing ad- hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance Work with various Finance operations and management teams and build data driven culture and solutions and integrate into the day to day operations to drive efficiency Here is some of what you will need (required) 4- 8 years experience in solving business problems with Advanced Analytics (Predictive and Prescriptive analytics), forecasting and Optimization models Expert knowledge on machine learning techniques both supervised and unsupervised algorithms like Knn, K- means, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Lasso and Ridge Algorithms, etc. Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, Java, NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, PyPDF, PyTesseract, Computer Vision algorithms, Experience on building variety of NLP based products like Chatbots, Topic extraction, modeling and deploying models Great communication skills Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, GGplot, Django, etc. Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Teradata. At- least one is mandatory Excellent in variety of forecasting Expert in scripting and programming skills Should love challenges, strong inclination towards solving problems using data MSc in Stats, BE/ BTech with Computer Science/ IT, Applied Mathematics, Bachelors/ Masters in Economics/ Operations Research/ etc. Solve variety of business problems using data and ML/ AI Consistent Innovator and drive to Win more dynamic fast pace changing environment Who enjoys crazy challenges and brings his passion to work Here are a few of our preferred experiences Finance Operations background would be a major plus 1 Year Certification program in Data Science/ ML from premier institutes would be preferable Hands on Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB would be a plus Hands on Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Platform Here are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide Life Insurance PTO Job Category IT Flex does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
