Job Description

MAIN ASSIGNMENTS

  • Management of the team of Data Center Technicians; this includes all aspect of peopleperformancerotation management.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient management of day to day 24 7 Data center Operations and UPTIME
  • ManageImprove the workflows and throughput for data Centers Operations.
  • Become a subject master in Data Center Operations.
  • Ensure all operational KPIs and Metrics are being measured and met inside hisher Data Center (s).
  • Play a key part in innovation and driving automation within Data Center Operations. (BMS etc.)
  • Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided by the Data Center Operations team and continuously strive to improve our Customer Experience.
  • Part of an on-call rotation for Data center Issue escalations. Vendor managementmonitoring vendor performance.
  • Ensuring hisher Data Center is compliant with all relevant security policies and procedures.
  • Timely reports generation and meeting all customers data reports requirement on timely passion
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
  • B.E. (EEE) Diploma (EEE)
Experience
  • 8-10 years of similar experience if done BE else 10-14 years if done Diploma
  • Good oral written communication
  • Solid understanding of DC Operations
  • Fluent English, additionally fluent in Hindi or other local languages Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment.
  • Strong service focus and team skills
  • Willingness to travel
