Job Description

Assistant Manager - FinanceChennaiJob DescriptionDanfoss looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance who will be responsible for an End - to - End Intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes (AP, AR & GL) . Key Accountabilities:

  1. To ensure End - to - End Inter company accounting and reconciliation processes (AP, AR & GL)
  2. To ensure periodic Inter company reconciliation, passing accruals and quarterly PLUG matching
  3. Follow - up and timely closure of open item including, FBL1N, GRIR, IXOS and VIM etc.
  4. To control and ensure timely accounting of PO/Non - PO Inter company AP invoices
  5. To ensure non - EDI/IDOC Inter company AP invoices are scanned and accounted as per the process
  6. To ensure recharge invoice accounting including resolving discrepancies in accounting
  7. To ensure timely Inter company AP payments and Inter company AR collection
  8. To ensure Inter company AR cash application entries posted and cleared
  9. Close interaction with User & Stakeholder to resolve Intercompany AR & AP disputed open items and ensure it is accounted and cleared from books
  10. To obtain missing AR statement, invoices, payment advice etc. and ensure it is accounted and cleared from books
  11. To interact closely with Capgemini (Outsourced Partner) and drive their deliverables
  12. To drive and improve KPI performance
  13. Process improvement and alignment with Stakeholders
  14. Query Handling
  15. Other Finance Projects Education and Experience: BCom/MCom/MBA, any degree related to Finance graduate with 8+ years of experience
