Job Description

    Assistant Manager - FP&A ( BPO / ITeS / KPO) Role : Assistant Manager - FP&A ( BPO / ITeS / KPO) Location : Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai - We are looking for Assistant Manager - FP&A who will report into the Finance Manager and assist the Finance team in delivering superior analysis of financial and operational goals/metrics.- The ideal candidate is someone with good analytical skills ,self driven and good puzzle solving skills . The teams mission is to provide high level financial analysis that assists in driving the business to success. Role & Responsibilities : - Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance- Support external financial activities (lender reporting)- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in operational initiatives- Maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes- Supporting Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis- Assist in preparation of presentations for Board of Directors and Senior Management Team- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis Preferred Candidate : - CA / MBA with Minimum 3+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis- (Advanced) Hyperion and Smartview is required.- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (index match, macro)- Ad-hoc Access DB management/maintenance- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity Note : This Role will Require the Individual to Work From Home ,
