Job Description Assistant Manager - Learning and Development position will be based in Chennai. Candidate will play the role of a trusted Learning partner and offer functional expertise - Behavioral skills, Leadership skills, OD intervention. Leverage technology to make learning effective. Candidate will support vertical specific & global projects & interventions. Facilitate class room & virtual training in areas of soft / behavioural / leadership skills for employees across all grades.We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Intense collaborationPassionate customer focusThoughtful, fast, disciplined executionTenacious commitment to continuous improvementRelentless drive to winHere is a glimpse of what you will do : Carry out training needs identification exercise annuallyPlan the quarterly training calendarImpart suitable training according to the requirement & based on the varied shifts of the businessPrepare and share vertical specific monthly dashboardDeliver around 60 hours of stand - up training every month(day & night shift trainings)Feedback score of 4.5 (on a scale of 1 to 5) on each program to be maintained consistentlyManage the leadership pipeline programsNew program content preparation and content updation for existing programs Maintain a rapport with functional heads and understand their requirements and cater to themPlan for and roll - out OD initiativesSupport the Senior Manager in all L&D activities / initiativesEvaluate Learning effectiveness for vertical specific programs and share a report with businessTravel to other Flex locations within India to deliver trainings (Factory, Pune, Bangalore,Hyderabad)Here is some of what you will need (required) : Relevant L&D experience of 5 to 7 yearsCertified trainer in soft skillsJob Category Human Resources Flex does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
