Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Interact with cross divisional team and drive projects for positive
  • delivery as per specified timelines
  • Responsible to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project documentation
  • Responsible for resolving bottlenecks in Projects by laising with
  • respective stake holders
  • Plan & Managing(Monitoring) Vehicle Program deliverables as per
  • Mahindra New Product development process
  • Responsible for developing IT enabled PMO (For Ex: Engineering
  • release online, Engineering dashboards etc)
  • Laise with Business excellence team to develop / update new product
  • development system
  • Commerical awareness on how to drive in developing a business
  • case for new programs
  • Responsible for organzing Stage gate reviews in coordination with
  • project quality planning department
  • Team building and Traning coordination for PMO
Job RequirementsExperience (years) 2 to 4 years Industry Preferred Automotive OEM, Automotive Tier 1 supplier(Ex: Valeo, Bosch, Visteon)Competencies
  • Candidate with right attitude General Requirements Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job Hands on skills in MS Project
  • Experience in Product life cycle management
  • Basic level of design experience (not mandate)
  • Knowledge on financial work outs like IRR, Payback etc. Names of Companies from where we can get this talent . OEM : TAFE, Sonalika, Ford, Kubota, TVS Motor Company
  • Tier 1 : Valeo, Bosch, Visteon, WABCO
