As a Solution Consultant, you will provide expert guidance to our clients on how to best implement and utilize Rapid Response to achieve sustained value.Responsibilities include working with clients to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements, collaborating with the project team to design solutions and project plans, configuring RapidResponse according to the functionality of the customers source systems, resolving complex data and analytic configurations, integrating and customizing RapidResponse to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements, and providing high levels of customer service.Minimum qualifications/skills required for this role include a Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain management, or relevant work experience, proven experience in supply chain management or deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning, and the ability to develop RapidResponse resources to provide the necessary functionality.Preferred qualifications/skills include experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects, knowledge of supply chain systems, processes, and data, and business operations, postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications, experience in software implementation or functional enablement, analytical skills, exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, capacity to work with large data sets, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of client focus.If you possess the required qualifications and skills, and are looking to contribute in a team environment where you can make a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply for the Assistant Manager - Solution Consultant position at Genpact.Location: India-ChennaiEducation Level: Bachelors/Graduation/EquivalentJob Posting: Mar 10, 2025, 3:02:22 AMUnposting Date: May 9, 2025, 1:29:00 PMJob Category: Full Time,
