Leadership and Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel sales executives and operations personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.- Set clear goals and performance targets for team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve and exceed their objectives.. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development.2. Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in Tamil Nadu.- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for new business development, and devise innovative sales strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.- Lead by example, actively engaging in sales activities, building relationships with key clients, and closing high-value deals.3. Operational Excellence:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of travel services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize operational processes and enhance the customer experience.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations, resolve issues, and continuously improve service delivery.4. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:- Champion a customer-centric approach, consistently delivering exceptional service and personalized travel solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.- Proactively address client inquiries, resolve issues, and cultivate loyalty through proactive communication and attentive service.5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:- Monitor sales performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future action.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales and operations roles within the travel industry, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and success. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships. Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Fluency in English and Tamil required, additional language skills are a plus.
