    Hiring For banking:-Assistant Operations Manager -The Assistant Operation Managers primary responsibility is overseeing and supervising Library Page staff including hiring, training, coordinating work assignments, scheduling, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing corrective action with needed. Thehas shared oversight of daily library operations in support of the Operations Manager and other Management Team members. The successful candidate for this position will be able to work collaboratively with others, adapt nimbly to changing needs, recognize and set priorities, plan and operate successfully in sometimes ambiguous or high-stress conditions, coordinate and organize their work and oversee the work of others.     • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
    • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
    • Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
    • Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
