The Assistant Technical Service Manager position works as a part of the commercial team to create a demand for Cargill products from the market. The designate visits the market/ farms with the frontline/ team managers to assist them on converting a prospect farmer to a customer and works with the frontline to retain the current farmers.Visit current farmers to provide technical services such as diet balancing, diet analysis, forage analysis support, animal health analysis support. Visit prospect farmers to convert them to customers by showcasing proof of performance of various farmers using Cargill products and technical abilities of UCTC India - 30%.Provide farm management guidance to farmers on how to achieve better farm profitability, better animal health, better lactation and other areas where Cargill has expertise - 15%.Maintain record for UCTC data for assigned farmers, analyse the trend on farm and advice the farmer on various farm aspects including health, production and reproduction of animals - 5%.Co-ordinate with the team manager to review status of farmers on a monthly basis for being able to provide correct service(s) and product(s) - 10%.Educate team/ frontline on various technical aspects. Pass on the soft skills to the team for the development of frontline - 15%.Help the commercial team acheive monthly/ yearly targets by extending guidance and support needed by the frontline/ team manager - 15%.Develop good relations with the farmers to be able to sell & cross sell UCTC products in absence of frontline - 5%.Prepare MIS report and submit by 5th of every month - 5%.The role involves travelling to farmers in the assigned area & spending long hours at the farm to observe and advice accordingly on farm profitability.We Need Good English & Hindi Speaking CandidatesGrad/Under Grad are welcome.Salary upto 25k to 55kIncentives upto 10k.No Work pressure.Communication skills should be good.Timing 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PMPlease drop your updated resume at info.ucfstc@gmail.comContact - PARUL-7065839778
