    Role - Corporate HR - Corporate Hiring, SAP - HR, HRMS, HR Process & Policy and end-to-end execution of people processes for Corporate manpower- Talent Management - Leadership Hiring, HR DDC, Business Excellence & TQM, Bio-HR- PMS and Comp & Ben - Performance Appraisal, Comp & Ben, Payroll inputs, Leadership Training, EA activities- L&D: Training delivery as per calendar, e-learning etc- Payroll - Payroll processing, Incentive, employee benefits, insurance and FFS Responsibilities - Facilitate HR Long term strategy, Annual Plans, Goal Cascading and progress monitoring- Leadership recruitment, corporate manpower hiring, campus hiring- Contemporary HR Polices & Process, Process assessment and review- Payroll Management - Across company, Band-1 payroll, Comp & Ben, benefits management, employee insurance management- Employee Engagement initiatives and action planning, OD and Best Employer initiatives- HR Digitalization/automation initiatives - DDC, SAP, HRMS, Functional Apps, Process Mgmtetc.- Build learning culture, L&D, emp competency development, , e-learning, IDPs, Knowledge Management, Leadership Training- Performance mgt system, annual/mid-year appraisal, Counselling & PIPs- Change Management, Business Excellence, HR Excellence, Employee Involvement & TQM initiatives- HR Analytics, Dash boards, budgeting process and periodical MIS reports Candidate Full Time MBA-HR / MHRM / MSW/ PGDBA-HR from reputed institutions. Certified/Trained in HR Analytics, BEI, Training, HR/Business Excellence. Certified/Trained in computer applications and MS. Office basic & advanced Tools,
