Job Description

Job Title: Associate Analyst-ECTLocation: TRIL GTCGCL: C1High Level Function and Role OverviewThe function of the team is to manage and support Microsoft SharePoint Online and On-premise, Microsoft One Drive for Business, Box.com, DocuSign, and Nintex for AstraZeneca ensuring high availability for all global users.The purpose of this position is to provide 24*7 technical support on all aspects of incidents, problems and changes meeting the required SLA s. This will involve configuring, enhancing and upgrading/maintaining these technologies, on desktop, as well as mobile apps.The role will require the candidate to be a good communicator with excellent analytical skills and be a collaborative great teammate working with other service lines within the organisation.Candidate Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceSuccessful candidates will have expertise in Collaboration technologies and will have previously operated in an enterprise wide support environment with 0-2 years experience.The candidate must be able to demonstrate successful technical issue resolution that provided clear business value.Basic understanding of Cloud Storage (e.g. Box.com), Electronic Signatures (e.g. DocuSign), and / or other related collaboration technologies such SharePoint Online/OneDrive and Nintex will be added advantage.Basic understanding of ITIL concepts.Ability to solve desktop and mobile apps used with collaboration tools.Understanding of windows and/or IOS operating system and use of mobile devices.Application of hotfixes and performance of scheduled maintenance activities.Essential personal skill will include:Ability to communicate with business users and other Service teams at all levels in a professional mannerGood understanding of health care business need and service delivery.Ability to prioritize, plan and be structured to deliver timely and positive resultsStrong oral and written communication with the ability to train end users.Have a flexible approach to working as a teammate ensuring knowledge is captured and shared.Be self-motivated and is able to work with minimum supervision.Global experience working and interacting with teams and customers globallyDesirable Skills will include:Knowledge and experience with Box.com cloud storage SaaS, including administration & app support.Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online/ OneDrive/Nintex technologies & application support.Capable to understand the existing SharePoint On-premises platform (SP2010 and SP2013) and solve.Should be able to support in customizations ( .JS/jQuery/XSLT) and app parts and web parts.Knowledge in PYTHON is added advantage.Knowledge in handling Nintex forms and workflows Issues and provide support.Knowledge & experience with DocuSign electronic signature SaaS, including administration & use case development.Experience using Service Now.Good understanding of LAN, WAN or WLAN and TCP/IP protocol.Microsoft Active Directory support, deployment, migration & configuration experience.Microsoft Certified IT Professional.Microsoft desktop applications support experience.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
