Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Associate Consultant - IT will be based in Chennai.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
  • Supporting the users of Business Process Management Application.
  • Testing of the new solutions released from the Business solution team related to the above application
  • Involvement and supporting the site and the implementation team during the Go-Live project
  • Co-ordination between the Functional owners and the solution team for any enhancement requests and new solution design
Here is some of what you will need (required):
  • Monitoring the incident queue and maintaining the SLA and MTTR
  • Problem management, Root Cause Analysis, Quality initiatives, Bug Finding and Fixation.
  • Generation and submission of reports to management related to support
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
  • Critical applications support of EGA.
  • Also to support the onboarding pipeline applications like APQP and Shield.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in application support
