Job Description

Monitor the currency and completeness of serial publications ingested through a variety of processes (web-harvest, FTP delivery, email, hardcopy, etc.).
Communicate with publishers and other content owners to ensure content delivery and resolve content issues.
Perform content corrections and resolve errors in the ingestion process.
Update internal tracking systems.
Contribute to problem solving, collaboration, process improvement, and information sharing.

Bachelors degree plus at least 1 year experience in a technology-focused or professional services firm, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with external contacts via telephone and written communication forms (email, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information rapidly.
Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines.
Strong technical skills, with ability to quickly learn new software.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
