Job Description

  • Handle Design cases, proposal design in Auto CAD 2D designs drafting, Blue beam PDF and interpret mark-ups writeups.
  • Knowledge in the Lighting domain will be advantageous and highly preferred.
  • Prepare proposals documents including Design, BOM, BOQs, RFQ RFI etc
  • Analyze customer requirements and support the Pre-sales / Post-sales globally.
  • Participate in internal design huddles to understand if we meet customer-specific intent before drawings are finalized and released for production/Site execution.
  • Capture customers business requirements in the CRM software and develop new designs and retrofit solutions to the case-to-case requirements.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of project workload and rebalances work as needed.
  • Should have the ability to work within the team (Team Leads Senior engineers).
  • Should have an interest and ability to work in an international environment.
  • Proactively identified and communicated areas of deficiency/gaps along with proposed solutions.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and presentation skills
