He/ She will work on the daily tasks, monitor the control processes and will report directly to the Team Manager. The staff will be working closely with Paris management, Relationship management, Front office and other operational team in securities lending process as part of their daily BAU.ResponsibilitiesDirect Responsibilities

  • Get trained in each function and tasks of the quality and control processes.
  • Liaising closely and provide an exceptional level of service to the Operations/Front Office.
  • Keep up and manage every operational aspects linked to the activity of Agency Lending and Principal Lending and maintain quality relationship with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prompt actions of open issues and appropriate client (internal) contact in order to achieve desired results
  • Handling escalations and resolving the issues in the absence of supervisors
  • Proactively identified a possible incident that could happen to the team and taking adequate measures to prevent it.
  • Be open to productive changes in the process and adapt accordingly.
  • Create significant positive impact to the department in terms of reputation and goodwill.
  • Highlighting the changes to the reporting manager on time
  • Share knowledge with the team members on time.
  • Review the existing controls periodically for each process and communicate to the reporting manager for the improvement or changes
  • Create, present and perform Quality Controls to increase knowledge and skills necessary to achieve improved results.
  • Must be able to see tasks through to completion with a sense of accountability.
  • Ensure Client & management reporting is made within deadline and without any errors or delay.
  • Perform control tasks required for the process, double check and confirm the completion of tasks within the deadline in line with daily checklists.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment in coordination with the colleagues and the mangers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
