Job Description

    The team member is in charge to manage and support the service delivery of Fund Orders. Team act as the coordination point to any issue relating to the Fund Orders , including any risk on upstream and downstream services e.g. FA, Custodian, Transfer Agent & Position Keeping (Hiport). Our collective mission is to manage operating activities (Run the Bank) by delivering a high quality service at an optimal cost , to evolve our organization, procedures and manage operational risk. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
    • To capture the orders from the client (STP or manually) (orders of subscriptions/redemptions on mutual funds
    • Be able to send the orders on time to the custodians and /or TA (in accordance with the SLA)
    • To manage the repair, rejections messages from the market (custodians or TA) and inform the clients
    • To monitor all the flows in the system to make sure all the orders have the correct status in the system
    • To be pro-active in case of any issue with the capture, routing of the orders, rejections from market
    • To chase the custodians or TA in order to get the contract notes on time
    • To match the orders in the system and the reporting to the client
    • To perform cash instructions
    • To produce daily trade recap to the MOPK team, the clients, the FA in accordance with the SLA & Exception report
    • To send the request of creation of ISIN codes to the Static Data time in a pro-active way
    • To create, update the details of the custodians/TAs, the FA, the portfolios of the clients
    • To reply to the client s requests (such as cancellations, to check the full redemptions, ISIN creation, CN, discrepancies with the reconciliation team ) in a very short period of time
    Contributing Responsibilities
    • To add all the manual task in the daily checks excel file
    • To fill out the check list each day on a continuous basis
    • To Alert the manager of any incident (with or without P&L consequences, about IT issues, client requests, etc.)
