Security MasterReview the security in the security master database of Aladdin within a specific time frame to allow the trade booked by fund manager to reflect in the positions of a portfolio. ( 30 minutes)Adhere to the data quality controls on the Security Master Database.Cope with the requests from Internal and External clients who encounter difficulties related to instrument data.Able to manipulate and Analyse static data.Follow up of improvement projects relating to the Security Data database.Write, update and follow proceduresPricingMonitor and validate prices and analytics received by providers for all instruments.Compute and publish prices to downstream systems and external entities.Investigate and analyse any strange value (high/no fluctuation, inconsistency of the figures ).Be critical of existing procedures and propose improvements where possibleAct proactively on any issue and provide the final users with consistent and structured answers.Reconciliate prices with the fund administrators.Follow-up of daily activity via accurate Reporting and Dashboards (Key Performance Indicator, stale price report.).Produce accurate financial data on request and report independently with minimal supervision.Responsible for the accurate daily production of the OTC PricesCheck of market data inputs from internal and external sources and ensure they are correctly updatedCollect valuations from counterpartiesMake the internal calculation and run all the required price checksInvestigate discrepancies in the pricing and explain the gaps using your knowledge of the modelsEnsure the delivery of the OTC prices to downstream systems and external clients (e.g. fund accountants)Active role in development and implementation of new valuation processes.Follow up of any issue around OTC Prices and provide the end users with consistent and structured answers.Contribute to continuous improvement of the teams processes.Produce accurate financial data on request and report independently with minimal supervision.Act as a back-up for other team membersTechnical & Behavioral Competencies1 to 3 Years of experience in the field of Static Data or Pricing (Listed & OTC) would be preferable.Working experience with the most important data providers: Bloomberg, Telekurs, Reuters.Specific Qualifications (if required)1 to 3 Years of experience in the field of Static Data or Pricing (Listed & OTC) would be preferable.Graduation / Post Graduation from the recognized University.Specific interest or qualification in Mathematics is an added advantage.Working experience with the most important data providers: Bloomberg, Telekurs, Reuters.,
