This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Purpose:This function is also strongly governed by the Change Management principles, and Delivers, manages changes that are of high value to regional Businesses of SCB spread across the world.Domain experts and Project management teams work in a collaborative environment to deliver group-wide Changes across all geographies. The change governance function along with the business operations teams ensure expert impact analysis and support for rolling out system enhancements and changes into the GFS Risk and Reporting Infrastructure.Capital Change CoE team interacts with several key stakeholders, SMEs on a day-to-day basis within the bank that include, Business Finance, Group Regulatory Reporting function, portfolio Risk, Risk analytics Group, Capital CoE. This team delivers changes and ensure smooth transition to BAU, for GFS Capital infrastructure covering all client segments of SCB across all 50+ countries, through a centralized and standardized delivery model.JOB Description:Accountable for ensuring that the business requirements and the implementation throughout the project lifecycleDesign changes to existing operating models and processes to ensure the requirements of the new standard are incorporated and solutions proposed are fit for purpose and satisfy the business needs and requirements.Deliver requirement specification and use cases for the various changes with regard to the system landscape and product domain.Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria, support testing participants in investigations and follow up on issues and queries.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a functional resource for technology development requests including projects, small enhancements, upgrades, patches and break fix issues in AP/AM/Eproc module.Trouble-shoot mapping, data conversion and ensure suitability to meet requirements.Verify the Solution meets the expectations of the business solution by performing rigorous User acceptance testing and obtaining the UAT Sign-off from respective Business stakeholders.Collaborate with the Business on the need & nature of change to leverage opportunities and manage challengesMaintain timely & Quality delivery of all tasks / activities assigned.Ensure the solution complies with the laid down process steps, bank s data quality and reporting standardsShould be able to adapt to the changes and quickly align with the new processes, operating models and other technological changesQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:8+ years professional experience as business change analyst within a finance team, preferably in accounting or Supply Chain management projects within the financial services industryExcellent knowledge of accounting and Supply chain ManagementExperience in accounting / reporting systems and processes within the Finance environmentDegree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with CPA / CFA preferredKnowledge of project lifecycle and experience in delivering high quality business requirements and process design documentation in large / complex projectsData analytics experience. Proficient at Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word, Basic SQL knowledge is an added plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels,
