Job Description

Manage CDD team to ensure effective delivery on behalf of the global GAMs/RMs for the entire CIC Customer segment for CDD review and update.Liaise closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure appropriate standards for the CIC Business are agreed and maintainedManage the teamPrioritize workload on a risk basis to ensure effective completionManage CDD static data with a view to improving quality of data in systemDevelop working relationship with CDD / IMO teams in other countriesLiaison with Tech Support team for System related issues.NOTE: The CDD team will source and prepare CDD records for ultimate approval by GAMs where the responsibility for knowing the customer lies.   • Closely work with team to ensure timely completion of project and BAU activities.
  • Manage FATCA/CRS team towards delivery against agreed KPI s and KRI s
  • Knowledge of FATCA / CRS processing
  • Sound knowledge in CDD and Tax due diligence is desirable.
  • Handling individual contributor role and working close with Group and Middle office teams
  • Writing and reviewing policy / procedure documents
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders from different Country / time zones
  • Willingness to work in shifts / all GBS locations
  • Prior exposure to project handling and policy roll out
Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:
  • 7- 10 years experience in Financial Services Industry with relevant experience in managing teams.
  • A focussed individual who is an excellent communicator with good team skills, who has the ability to influence others by showing initiative and creativity.
  • Problem Solving Skills ability to think Out of the Box and independently work around issues that arise from time to time.
  • Hands on experience in Excel and PPT.
  • Tableau knowledge preferable
  • Previous Leadership experience a must.
