KCI/CST TestingEnsure the Performance of testing (CST /KCI) is in accordance with ORF StandardsEnsure the testing is completed as per timelinesEnsure the Sampling methodology is as per the CST KCI definitionReview the results and ChallengeReview the testing performed by the team and ensure exceptions if any are highlighted to the process ownerReview the residual risk impact and follow up on remediation actions, ensuring appropriate closure of the actionsCarry out challenge session/ agreement with Country Operational Risk Officer to arrive at final residual risk ratingsCarry out challenge session/ agreement with Group Finance OR Officer to arrive at final residual risk ratingsReview the inputs shared to country FORC, CORC and Group Finance FORCGovernaceEnsure all open items are closely monitored by the team and reported to governance forums when duePeriodically challenge and review the applicability of CST /KCI, appropriateness of sampling methodology and sample size and work with Global process ownersServe as a Single point of contact for ORF related queries around ORF for the countryEnsure the results are updated in EORP, Knox and Optial from time to time on account of change in underlying processes and controls and validate the availability of necessary approvals from Country process ownerDeveloping New CST/KCI Review and Challenge the existing KCI/CST basis process change and define new CST/KCIStakeholder ManagementManage key stakeholders, conduct challenge sessions with the stakeholders on testing process,
