Member of Assure Care plays a very important role in our customers success and satisfaction with our solutions and contributing to their long- term loyalty. Engaging with 35+ customers per day. Understand the customer need clearly and provide resolution in first engagement itself and deliver delight. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer complaints at the earliest. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams 5 star feedback from customer for every engagement. Accurate data entry in CRM to track the complaints and understand better in future. Simplify the work, reduce the need of support by analysing each and every engagement & pave way to self help or product development. Help developers understand market/ customer need and help the product management prioritize them as part of product evolution You should enjoy and be happy to help others. Someone who can go an extra mile to solve customer problems. You have good written and verbal communication skills with a pleasing personality Proficiency in any regional language - Hindi or Kannada or Malayalam or Telugu or Marathi or Bengali is MUST. Always work with Customer - centric mindset. Basic Understanding of Retail business - Buying, Selling, Accounting, Report analytics - margin calculation, Profit and Loss report. You are able to handle non- technical customers to understand their challenges and provide solution You are a self learner and implement the learning in day to day activities. You are self driven and will not expect someone to run behind you. You must be willing to work in 24x7 Assure care environment in different shifts. You take ownership for customer problems, and solve it for them with minimum dependency You accept the feedback given by seniors, and put into action from the very next minute and see you grow as a professional. Honestly share your experience, feedback, challenges, learning and emotions for the day in your daily diary. You take more time to understand things. Poor or No idea about Retail Industry and Basic Business management. You feel like the customer is wrong and irritating/ not understanding what we try to say. You are expecting 9AM to 6PM work routine. You do not appreciate working on Weekends and in dynamic shift timings which is the primary nature of a Assure care member. You are not a person who can understand teams goals and co- ordination for that. You do not enjoy continuous learning by doing. You are afraid to discuss challenges at work with your senior You do not accept the feedback given by team You feel daily meetings with team, Daily diaries, Weekly meeting and knowledge transfers are a waste of time and doesnt add value to your career.
