Develop a deep knowledge of Uniphore Products platform and domain applications . Oversee demo builds for Uniphore Products . Work with Sales Engineers, Sales Executives, Engineering to define realistic deliverables and deadlines for demos availability . Perform quality assurance controls on products . Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions. Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps. Create support and training documents for internal and external users. Analyze competition Career Experience and Qualifications: 5 - 7 years of IT experience Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering .
