Job Description

Role: Research Analyst - DealsEducational Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, Post-Graduation in Life Sciences (Preferred Biotech, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics). Knowledge in MS Office is preferred. Experience: 1 - 4 years Job Location: Chennai / Hyderabad Conducting business intelligence research & analysis on public, biotech and pharma companies plus universities related to drug research and development and forecasting the sales of drugs in market. Capturing companies developing drugs, devices, nutritional and vitamin supplements and cosmetics their descriptions, clinical trial information, company descriptions, from press releases, annual reports, quarter and half year reports, sec fillings, company websites, clinical trial reports, NIH reports. rapidly collect and analyze deals competitive intelligence.Responsibilities:

  • Substantial knowledge in various disease therapeutic areas and drug developing technologies.
  • Knowledge on drugs.
  • Knowledge on company s merger and acquisition
  • Knowledge on handling financial transaction between Pharma and biotech companies
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Well organized and disciplined with regards policy, procedure and standards.
  • Ability to conduct secondary research.
