Job Description

    Associate Technical Lead Software DevelopmentType:Full TimeLocation:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Hybrid 3 days WFO)Experience5-7 YearsKey Responsibilities
    • Analyze, design, and implement new features.
    • Develop and maintain supporting tools.
    • Create automated tests to ensure quality.
    • Analyze and fix bugs across the software stack.
    • Provide support to non-developer team members and field engineers.
    • Own the complete development cycle: requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, installation, and support.
    Must-Haves
    • 57 years of experience in software engineering.
    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C#.
    • Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git preferred).
    • Ability to create and understand UML models.
    • Solid experience across the full development lifecycle.
    • Prior experience in product-based companies(current or past).
    • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
    • Stable career history (minimum 2 years in each organization).
    • Exclusion:Current employer must not be HCL.
    Nice-to-Haves
    • Experience in C development.
    • Knowledge of image processing, automation, or robotics.
    • Ability to work independently in a small team.
    • Initiative-taking and proactive mindset.
    • Educational background from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
    Target Profile
    • Candidates from product-based companies only(no service-based or banking domain).
    • Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering colleges preferred.

    • Location:Chennai (relocation mandatory).
