Location: Chennai, TN/ Chittoor, APReports to: Vice President - OperationsPrimary Responsibilities:1. Manage operations with 200+ people2. Responsible for managing daily deliverables per the agreed SLA3. Responsible for deploying optimal work flow to deliver the desired delivery goals4. Deploy and review proper Quality Control measures and Tollgates in process5. Process audit Review, recommend and implement new methods, tools (includingautomation suggestions) and procedures to achieve/ ensure requisite efficiency goals ofoperations6. Monitor and review trend analysis on dashboard/ MIS/ performance reports andrecommend/ guide solutions and efficiency measures for further improvements7. Present previous month performance of projects/ processes and plans for upcomingmonth along with vital factors and goals to senior management8. Responsible for achieving set profitability (gross profit) targets9. Monitor team s vital factors and goals and suggest solutions/ feedback forimprovements10. Lead and drive process improvement measures to ensure continuous improvement11. Plan and ensure necessary contingency planning is in place to handle any eventualities12. Develop & deploy requisite strategies for retention of employees and resourcerealignment as needed13. Identify the training needs of individual managers and guide/ coach them14. Coordinate with peers and other unit managers and provide support/ directions formeeting the operations objectives15. Engage with clients through daily/ weekly/ monthly calls and ensure their processrelated queries/ concerns if any are addressed to their satisfactionSkills:-Ability to make quick decisions with available input- Leadership and people management skills- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and meet tight project deadlinesRequirements:-Should have a total experience of 17-20 years with at least 10 years in Title BPOSalary7 Lac To 10 Lac P.A.IndustryITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service / OperationsWork Experience10 - 15 YearsQualificationOther Bachelor Degree,
