This includes the proper routing of cables for all sensors , power convertor, aux power control cabinets etcResponsibilitiesDevelop 3D-CAD design/ models of wind turbine control panels, Aux components modelling used in control panelsGood at PDM link /Wind chill data handling.Ensure cost-efficient design and usage of standard parts as well as manufacturing standardsAbility to understand and use guidelines/ checklists for both 3D and 2DQualificationsBE / B.Tech Electrical OR Mechanical EnggWork experience with minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in 3D modelling , 2D drawings in an wind turbine /switchgear / transformer / transportation industryCompetenciesBachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical EngineeringWork Experience: min. 3 to 4 years of experience in 3D modelling , 2D drawings in an wind turbine /switchgear / transformer / transportation industryExperience in Wind turbine and switchgear industry is an advantageHands on Experience in Creo - 3D modelling of sheet metal, cabinets/ panels is essentialHands on Experience in Creation of component layouts of switchgearHands on Experience in Creating the 2D sheet metal , busbar drawingsKnowledge of sheet metal enclosure Standards viz IECExperience with Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) softwareKnowledge on hardware used for metal enclosure, busbars etcKnowledge on Connector types, Glands types and methodology to select themKnowledge on Creo Part modelling - Sheet metalBasic Knowledge on Cabinet designExperience in Feasibility study on different cables pathsExperience in Working with Wind Domain is an added advantageWhat We OfferWe offer you the opportunity to make a difference and to work in a multicultural and international company, where you have the possibility to improve your skills and develop professionally.Additional InformationYour primary workplace will be Vestas India, ChennaiPlease note: We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date.
