Job Description

The Automation Test Analyst will be responsible to:

  • Design and create the test plans and the test scripts in Seleneiun JAVA
  • Creation of test data
  • Execute the test plans to qualify the software, with usage of standard tools.
  • Effort estimation
ResponsibilitiesDirect Responsibilities
  • Understanding the business scenarios & converting into test scripts
  • Executing the scripts
  • SQL knowledge : Creating automation script for DB validation
  • Connecting with business and getting the requirement for automation
  • Experience of estimating test effort
  • Implementing new ideas for optimizing the code & getting more benefit
  • Collaborate with Functional testing and Development team
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Mentoring the team in automation
Domain knowledge:
  • BFSI
  • Good to have with Capital market / Private Equity & real estates ( Efront application)
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
  • At least 5 years experience in Selenium Web driver
  • Strong in Java
  • SQL Knowledge
  • Jenkins, Maven, CI/ CD, Agile experience, Devops knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication, especially enabling visibility and transparency
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Pragmatic approach to enacting change, in individuals and groups
