Must have:- 1. 7 9 years of proficient knowledge on Oracle Automic Product Family 2. Extensive experience in Job scheduling for Oracle EBS & Retail, Experienced in Monitoring of the batch cycles; monitoring of the long running jobs, accepting the alarms and tickets, and take appropriate action for the failures. 3. Configuring automation routines to eliminate repetitive manual processes. 4. Create new objects (jobs, workflows, calendars, users, groups, etc.) as requested by application teams. 5. Backing out changes in the event of an unsuccessful implementation. 6. Running traces and ship logs to vendor for evaluation for outage conditions. 7. Develop and propose new batch-flow, time-tables and process to avoid/solve performance and resources problems. 8. Redesign of batch processing, go-live support of new releases, transport new jobs from TEST to PROD system 9. Performing Incident detection, prevention and resolution as needed to help ensure the availability of the UC4 system and scheduled batch jobs. 10. knowledge and experience of setting up a new Automic Clients and also any associated client config according to defined guidelines 11. Experience over web services, FTP thru Automic, calendars, schedules, dependency and orchestrate workflows , batch schedules and associated batch job configuration 12. Develop requirements, user test cases, job orchestration process and related documents. Setup process procedures for batch job notifications, alerts and monitoring escalation. 13. Excellent knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. 14. Perform Automic Administrator duties like Create new job and Automic in windows, Build and validate job flows in Automic, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria, Using the Reporting facility of reports. Scheduling and running jobs across multiple servers as required with Automic, 15. Worked with Automic Scheduler in Windows Unix environment Day to day administration of Automic server and its components, production batch schedules and ensure continuity of business services Create documentation for Automic as well as job scheduling Dynamic Passing of parameters to automic job, creating job dependencies and alters as per application team and business requirement 16. Programming Language Power Shell, C Shell Preferred:- 1. Knowledge of Control M, UC4 or any other job scheduler tool 2. Understanding of ITIL v3, Incident, Change Management, Problem Management will be an added advantage.,
