Description:Role: Avaya L3 Support EngineerYears of Experience: 10-13 years Work Location: Chennai Type: PermanentSkillset Deep Experience in Avaya core products CM versions 6.3 & 8.1.2, AES, AEP, SM, SMGR, CMS R19.Hands on Experience in Verint call recording solution.Deep knowledge in Oracle/Audiocodes SBC.Hands on Experience in Avaya Hardware and peripherals Media gateways G650/G450, IP phones, DSP boards.Sound Protocol Knowledge: SIP, H.323, RTP, TDM, Codec, Alaw/Mulaw. Alarm handling: CM, ESS, LSP, Port Networks, TN Cards. Sound knowledge in SBC, SM Logs AnalysisAudio/Video conferencing solutions.Call detail recorder report generation/maintenance. Good Networking & System knowledge.Responsibilities: Oracle/AudioCodes SBC, Verint & Avaya administration and troubleshooting.SIP entity/Route pattern/user management in SMGR.Handling Telecom escalation and Client calls.Supporting L2 team during the complex call flow creations.New circuit establishments with Service providers and Clients.External Audits handling.Working on Telcom POC.
