Ability to apply a risk lens with short term (tactical) and long term (strategic) deliverables in mind. If you have a need for flexibility, then please discuss this with the Hiring Manager.A BA role that involves transforming strategic ideas into actual delivery utilizing Salesforce whilst being mindful of risk, budget and personal conduct.What will you be doing Developing Salesforce solutions for key business utilizing flows and process builders Business and process analysis to define the business needs and work in collaboration with Technology and Operations colleagues to deliver a strategic Salesforce solution Demonstrate strong analytical skills Gathering key requirements and translating into user stories for agile development Ensure project dependencies and assumptions are understood, often working on multiple projects while ensuring the work produced meets best practicesWhat we re looking for: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent Relevant years business/systems analyst experience Relevant years financial services experience Understanding of agile delivery methodology Salesforce developer or administrator accreditation Requires experience of prior Salesforce delivery preferably on CRM Service Cloud in the financial sectorSkills that will help you in the role: Business or process analytics and the ability to translate into detailed business requirements. Implementation of Operations and Technology projects particularly process optimization/automation High level understanding of the trade lifecycle and the functions listed in the below table.
