Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible to manage Chennai PMM team members and their delivery. Learn and adapt the FCC-PMM Transaction Monitoring operating instructions and provide support. Continuously explore opportunities and improvise processes and create bandwidth to absorb new assignments.- Constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders on the PMM deliverables. Publish documents to governance forums such as PGC, SPG and keep them informed on key findings.- Provide consultation and management support on both technical and functional aspects. Maintain high standard of delivery and ensure no high / medium audit findings.- Responsible to regularly validate department operational risk controls and confirm the accuracy of controls effectiveness and meet Group OR expectations.- Enhance the review models by continuously enriching AML knowledge and keep our standards up to date.- Identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies; draw conclusions and provide recommendations in the form of remediation, corrective and preventative actions.- Responsible for Sample Validation Review teams deliverables. Identify and define validation and monitoring logic to ensure that anomalies are detected and contained within thresholds. Investigating Transaction monitoring cases with good understanding of AAA process and provide constructive inputs for threshold tuning.- Investigate Transaction Monitoring Events. Contribute in turning optimum scenario thresholds. Prepare Management Intelligence report to feedback to country and investigators.- PMM support function Responsible in reviewing control reports, exceptions and record the findings. Escalate to right channels and track until closure. Follow change management procedures and implement production changes with respect to Scenario amendments / watch list with all controls. Evidence the controls to ORA periodically.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence the decision and manage stakeholders.- Drive Diversity and Inclusion objective with team members and treat everyone equal. Encourage team to proactively participate in employee resource group activities.Secondary Responsibilities: - Drive continuous improvement of processes- Good understanding on DQMF (Data Quality Management Framework) and working experience on data analysis is preferred.- Drive a culture of data quality and contribute to enhanced operational efficiency by continually seeking ways of improving work processes.- Manage day-to-day Data Quality administration function, operational performance reporting, tracking requests. Work with Technology teams for the resolution.- Work with Oracle Mantas alert optimisation tool. Understand and execute optimisation related functional requirements or the changes. Configure them in Mantas in a prescribed structure. Should have good control over the maintenance of optimisation rules.Skill set Requirement:- Should have management skills to handle small to medium size teams. Manage stakeholders. Good presentation and Communication skills to manage good delivery and stakeholder expectations is must.- Should have a quality to mentor and train people to perform their BAU.- Transaction Monitoring Event Investigation skill is preferred. Experience on Mantas ECM would be an added advantage.- Strong knowledge on AML, customer CAMS certification is preferred.- Good knowledge on AML or Working experience on Payment or Trade systems is preferred. Technical / functional expertise on Mantas AML is must.- Should have prior experience in Business/Data analysis. Relevant technical and functional expertise with analytical / data mining or investigation tools is must.- Working experience on Data analytical tools and knowledge on Data structure is must.- Experience in Banking and AML domain is must. Strong knowledge in AML / KYC / Sanctions / Regulatory / Compliance domain. Relevant certification is preferred.,
