Protect the integrity of the Sales Credits booked by understanding business centric practices and processes, and lead the remediation effort on any issues to a successful completion.Ensure that appropriate controls are in place to support robust, accurate and timely delivery of reporting.Look to embed best practices on report design, consistency and innovative presentation, whilst continually pursuing process efficiencies through automation, system scheduling of report production, and efficient/effective peer review.Consistently look to build a network across the value chain (eg technology partners, operations, other finance areas etc) to explore opportunities for either tightening the control environment, or enhancing reporting capabilities.Responsibilities include:Be the primary contact for the Sales Finance team to develop a strong partnership with the relevant Sales Business Managers and Sales Managers.Provide report production and adhoc MI and analysis support to your assigned regional client facing team.Help develop new metrics and reporting to meet the changing needs of the business.Ensure validity and data integrity of Sales Credits captured and reported in the front office system OneView through effective monitoring of our reporting environments.Participate in various infrastructure initiatives together with the client facer in designing and testing system enhancements.Work collaboratively in responding to ad hoc MIS requests, and delivering results in a timely fashion.Manage and guide the team of 10-12 individuals within reporting vertical to achieve team and organisational goalsWhat we re looking for:Demonstrable examples on coaching and performance managementStrong stakeholder managementRelevant experience in Investment Banking or equivalentSecurities and capital markets desirable.Investment Banking or Product Control experience desirable.Strong on control awareness.
